Pac-Man is a video game character from the popular 1980 arcade game with the same name. In Wreck-It Ralph, he is first seen at Fix-It Felix Jr.'s 30th anniversary party eating all the shrimp cocktails. Pac-Man drops his jaw in shock when Wreck-It Ralph destroys the cake of the apartment during the 30th anniversary party, splattering it on him and the other guests.
Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man's photo is seen when Ralph is leaving Pac-Man from the Bad-Anon meeting.
In his game he goes through a maze eating dots while avoiding coming into contact with his four enemies Blinky, Pinky, Inky, and Clyde and when he eats the flashing he sends them back to their starting point.
