Roy is a Nicelander in the game Fix-It Felix, Jr. One can identify him by his graying hair and baldness. At the 30th anniversary party along with the other Nicelanders. He is shown wearing a black tuxedo. He comes off as a bit of a worrywart, and acts very nervous and jittery at the slightest provocation. When Ralph appears at the party, he anxiously urges Felix to get rid of him. Later, when the Nicelanders panic upon realizing that the game is out of order due to Ralph's absence, Roy can be seen running back and forth, tripping, falling over, and crying.
